Who Are We?
Lucibel is a French group specializing in light-based technologies, founded in 2009 by Frédéric Granotier.
The Lucibel Group designs and deploys lighting systems for museography, luxury hospitality, high-end retail environments, and workspaces that demand exceptional experiential and environmental quality.
As a pioneer in the innovative applications enabled by LED technology, the company quickly became the preferred partner of the luxury, art, and design sectors, through two verticals of excellence: Cosmetic Lighting, for beauty and wellness, and Scenographic Lighting, for creating distinctive experiences.
Innovation is at the core of the company’s strategy. One example? 20% of the workforce is dedicated to R&D, making Lucibel the second-largest filer of phototherapy patents in Europe, according to the INPI ranking as of January 1, 2025.
The other cornerstone of the group is “Made in France” with 100% of its production based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
